MDsave is a healthcare startup that allows customers to purchase medical procedures at top hospitals across the country without the need for medical insurance. This model is ideal for uninsured patients and patients with high deductibles, who prefer not to go through conventional insurance channels to access medical care. Online purchases are an essential part of the company’s business model.

As the Digital Media Manager at Cutwater, I serve as the digital marketing lead for MDsave, managing all aspects of their digital advertising, including campaign optimization, creative development, content strategy, and reporting.

I utilized a multichannel digital strategy consisting of paid search, Facebook/Instagram ads, digital display and SEO to dramatically improve ROI.

In Q1 2019, MDsave saw a 170% increase in ROI year-over-year. Online revenue increased 40% while cost-per-checkout (CPA) decreased by 67%.
